
Katharina von Schroeder, was born in 1979 in Wuppertal where she was at school until 1998. She studied physics for 3 years followed by internships in film where she discovered her love of documentaries. She is now studying editing at the Konrad Wolf School for film and TV in Potsdam-Babelsberg and will graduate in 2010. She also works as a picture editor for the BBC and Arte. „My globe is broken in Rwanda" is her first full length documentary.
